Sparky is a small (under 20lbs) Podenco mix from Spain. If you've been trying to decide between a Podenco and an Italian Greyhound, here is the perfect combination. (Disclaimer: He may also be part cat.) Sparky loves people and wants to snuggle and be wherever you are--even if that means he's perched on the back of the couch behind your head. He has lived with cats and dogs of all sizes and seems very tolerant of all. He will bark if alerted by a noise, so may not be appropriate for an apartment.
Sparky's adoption fee is $750 and he is fostered near Richmond, Virginia.
