Once you have registered, you can use this form to apply to adopt, foster, or volunteer with SHUG. If you are applying to adopt or foster through SHUG, there is a <strong><span style=\"color: black;\">$50 Non-refundable Application Fee<\/span><\/strong> that must be received before your application will be processed. After you complete the form you should be automatically redirected to the <a href=\"https:\/\/sighthoundunderground.com\/http\/complete-your-application\/\">Application Fee<\/a> page. PLEASE do not send us an email asking if the dog is still available. We're actually really good about updating our list of available dogs on this website.
