It’s A Galgo Christmas!

All these Galgos want for Christmas . . . is you! And your couch. And some toys and lots of treats. Possibly a new collar or three. You get the idea. These Galgos have all escaped from their previous lives in Spain and are safe and warm this holiday season in their foster homes -- but they'd still much rather be in their forever homes. Can you make that happen?

Meet the hounds of the holidays . . .

xena1Xena - A shy girl who was used as a hunter, Xena didn't know a lot of kindness in her life before coming to BaasGalgo Rescue in Spain. They helped her to come out of her shell and when she was ready, sent her to SHUG to find her forever home. She is a sweet, sweet girl. Mostly smooth coat but with some wirehair patches as well.

Processed with VSCOcam with c1 presetRabito - This handsome senior boy may be confused. Someone told him he was a Galgo and he thought they said Gigolo. Rabito hasn't met a lady he didn't like and he's very, very sweet and affectionate. If you have a hand that needs a dog to pet, he's your man. (Rabito was in a home previously, and his adoption fee is only $300.)

mirandaMiranda - Who doesn't like chocolate? Yes, that's right. Miranda is a chocolate Galgo--and she's just as sweet! This lovely girl can be a little shy at first, but warms up to her human very quickly.

noaNoa - Noa is trouble with a capital "T." She will try to climb onto your counters and then rub up against your legs like a cat when you try to be mad at her. Watch out, she'll steal your lunch off the kitchen table--along with your heart!
